Did you know that chairs are for more than just sitting?
They're for dancing, too! Take and seat and learn some some fun moves using the chair in a routine.

No chair will be safe from you and friends after this party!

POLE DANCE
Ever secretly wanted to pole dance?
We’ll learn a series of pole moves and spins in one routine. You and your friends will be talking about this for years to come!

Please wear comfortable workout clothing (for example, a form fitting tank and leggings).

FLOORWORK
Interested in learning how to roll around on the floor...and look good doing it?
Look no further! We'll break down a selection of floor work moves and then piece them together into a full routine.

Don't be fooled: just because you're dancing on the floor doesn't mean it's not a surprisingly good workout!

HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?
1. Please fill out a party request form (required for every request, even if you call first)

2. We will get back to you within 24 hours confirming availability, answering any questions you may have (ask away!), and will send you the link to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit to officially book.
​
3. Once the deposit is received, we'll add your party to the schedule and send a confirmation document with party details to share with your group!
THE FINE PRINT
All parties require a non-refundable, non-transferable $100 deposit which will be applied to the cost of your party. You are not booked until we receive this deposit. You may reschedule your party once to another date/time with a minimum of seven (7) days’ prior notice.

What to wear: Yoga/workout attire
What to bring: Bottle of water, high heels are optional

PLEASE, for your enjoyment and your safety, DO NOT CONSUME ALCOHOL OR ILLICIT SUBSTANCES before your party! We reserve the right to refuse service without refund to anyone under the influence. We know, we know, it sounds like an awesome idea to do shots before you come in. But we guarantee:
