Take your aerial journey to new heights (or new pain thresholds) with our Aerial Chain class. This all levels class offers instruction in the basics of double loop chains, as well as some more advance techniques like wraps and drops. This unique class will leave you feeling empowered and thrilled as you navigate the air and dance suspended from chains. No pre-req but prior aerial experience is *highly* recommended
