We'll explore level 300 and 400 pole skills and combos in this 60min class on both static and spin pole! Don't want to do spin pole? No worries - keep working on the static pole! Types of skills covered and incorporated into combos: inverts, shoulder mounts, superman, leg hangs, cupid, brass monkey, jamilla/apprentice, shooting star, various intermediate to advanced spins, and more! Please note: This is not an introductory or beginner pole class. Prior experience is necessary, or instructor permission. Questions on whether this class is right for you?
